The next event is the Start of Season Party and Working Party.
It commences at 9.30am with tea and coffee before starting work at 10am to tackle a list of general maintenance jobs, which the House Officer, Richard Adams will supervise.
The evening event will start with the bar opening at 6pm. Food will be served at 7pm and consist of slow roasted pork or gammon, served on a bap, with apple sauce, stuffing and a selection of salads. A vegetarian option will also be available. Donations of puddings will be most welcome.
This will be followed by a quiz, hosted by our President, John Lomas to get our brains ticking over ready for the new sailing season.
