I have a Honda 2.3, 4 stroke (BF 2.3D).
The centrifugal clutch doesn’t disengage but at low revs the propulsion is minimal if at all.
There is a stutter at mid revs.
We used it the w/e before last to give it some excercise and it works well enough. As I was offered a fully working engine early in the year at a good price I bought it.
